Who created this

I’m Laura Connarty‑Duncan, a leadership coach and strategic partner.

After 20+ years in leadership roles across sectors, I now support women leaders to navigate the real, messy, layered challenges of leadership — the ones that blend strategy, people, change, ethics, psychology, culture and the emotional load of responsibility.
